About us
Chemoil has main office Bucharest Romania and has several regional representatives in Arad, Cluj Napoca, Botosani, Bacau, Isalnita-Craiova, Giurgiu. The fleet of intervention teams is composed of 30 vehicles, all equipped with tool kits, spare parts and monitored by GPS.
Company history
1991
Chemoil Impex S.R.L. was founded by Ion Pecie (Petrochemical Engineer) to serve the upcoming request of gas stations in Romanian post-communist economy.
2017
New directors/associates Corneliu Pătru (Managing Director) & Florian Petcu (Technical Manager) have been coopted into the company management.
2022
Black Sea Offshore Centre acquires 70% participation in Chemoil Impex S.R.L. to strengthen the group capability in downstream maintenance and petrochemical facilities construction.
2024
Chemoil Impex SRL company is renamed Chemoil Energy SRL.
